Shipping and returns

Shipping

Orders are processed immediately and shipped via freight forwarders. Any order extension will be considered a new purchase.

Delivery times

Once payment is confirmed, we require one business day for order preparation and handling. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Peninsula : 24-72 hours (working days).
  • Balearic Islands and Portugal : 5-10 working days (depending on availability and destination).
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla : 5-10 business days + customs processing time.

Important conditions

  • If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, a second attempt will be made. After two failed attempts , the package will remain at the shipping agency for 7 days . If it is not picked up, it will be returned to the sender and the amount will be refunded, minus shipping costs.
  • Any change of address after shipping carries an additional cost .
  • Any anomaly or damage to the merchandise must be reported within a maximum period of 24 hours after receipt .

Shipping costs

  • Peninsula : €5 for purchases under €60 . Shipping is free for orders over €60.
  • Balearic Islands and Portugal : €10 for purchases under €100 . Orders over €100 are exempt from shipping costs. Additional charges may apply for orders over 10 kg .
  • Prices do not include taxes or duties , which must be borne by the recipient.

Preparation and shipping time

  • Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. are prepared the next business day.
  • Shipping is made within 24/48 hours for the Peninsula.
  • For destinations outside the Peninsula, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days .

Returns and Refunds

At Cibelthetic , we guarantee the quality of our products. However, it's important to know the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Products not eligible for return

For health reasons, returns of cosmetics, beauty and hygiene products are not accepted , except in the following cases:

  • If the product arrives in poor condition due to a factory defect or damage during transport .
  • In this case, the customer must notify the incident within 24 hours of receiving the order .

Products with accepted returns

For other products, the customer may return them within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, assuming the return costs .

To process a return, please send an email to info@cibelesthetic.com stating:

  • Invoice number.
  • Reason for return.

Refund process

  • Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the amount will be refunded minus the costs of the first shipment .
  • If the return is caused by an error by Cibelthetic , we will assume the return shipping costs.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations are only accepted before the order is shipped .
  • If the order has already been shipped, the refund will be made after deducting the shipping costs .
